Supervision
Target Group
Participants should be practicing supervisors, or about to take on formal supervision responsibilities in the near future. The course will be adapted to reflect the experience, work roles and settings of the participants.Duration
Two consecutive days.Training Style
The training is skills-based course in which participants work through the supervision process, while developing and refining existing skills. This is backed up with lectures, structured exercises, quizzes and group discussion.Aim
